- Art Psychotherapy and counselling – creating a safe place often using art to explore, express, accept, and move through difficult feelings
- EMDR reprocessing feelings and memories associated with past emotional and traumatic experiences
- Climbing with a yoga influenced warm up can be included in trauma recovery
- Intensives- therapy can be held in 4 hour to one week blocks of time, using EMDR and integrative psychotherapy

I use Art and EMDR psychotherapy to heal trauma and attachment wounds without having to re-tell experiences with spoken words, by using mark making, imagery and often including psychoeducation combined with mind-body work.

10-hour online course across 2 sessions. Small group format (max 9 participants), offering practical integration of EMDR and Art Therapy. 10 CPD hours, EMDR UK CPD points (TBC), and takes place on zoom.
